Portsmouth Public Health and Emergency Management is planning to move patients who call 911 with medical need issues (power outages with CPAP machines, home O2) to nursing homes for sheltering instead of bringing them to the Emergency Room. The City of Portsmouth EOC will be open from 3PM -11PM tonight to deal with power outage issues and other similar events.

Shelters on Standby will be located at Exeter High School, 1 Blue Hawk Drive, Exeter, NH and Sanborn Regional High School, 17 Danville Road, Kingston NH.
