Financial Services
To assist you with billing questions, concerns, or payment of your hospital bill, we’re pleased to offer you telephone, on-line and in-person service options. This page provides a link to our convenient, on-line bill-paying system.
Medication Safety
Portsmouth Regional Hospital has been nationally recognized for our medication safety program. We are the first hospital in the Seacoast, and one of the first in the nation, to adopt an electronic bar-coding system to ensure medication safety. This system, called "E-Mar," will be phased in throughout the hospital this fall.

Prepare for Surgery
Written by staff in our Anesthesia Department, this section includes detailed instructions about what to bring, what to wear and what not to eat and drink before your surgery. It also includes special guidelines for pediatric surgery.
This information, however, is not a substitute for the information you receive from your own surgeon.
