2012 Seacoast Health Resource Guide
Introducing the 2012 Greater Seacoast Health Resource Guide, a publication compiled to connect community members with essential, local information and beneficial health care resources.
Under the direction and leadership of Families First Health and Support Center, The Foundation for Seacoast Health, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Rockingham Community Action, ServiceLink Resource Center, United Way of the Greater Seacoast and Wentworth Connections, this guide was written, designed and developed by six 2011 and 2012 graduates of the University of New Hampshire: Bess Seidler, Emily Smith, Andrea Noble, Anna Villanova, Jacqueline Wogan and Chelsea Berg. Countless members of the Region’s community organizations, civic groups and municipalities contributed to the informational content which is intended to provide an updated directory of services and resources available to residents of the Seacoast communities.
