Jan Slezak, MD
Dr. Slezak is Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He received his MD degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and completed a residency in General Surgery. He later trained in Cardiac and Vascular Surgery at the University Hospital in Bratislava. He completed an internship and residency in Anesthesiology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and a fellowship in Pain Management at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. He has been a consultant at the MGH Pain Center and at Lahey Clinic. Dr. Slezak also graduated from UCLA’s Medical acupuncture program.
