Roderick J. Bruno, MD is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Philosophy, Summa Cum Laude from Boston College. Dr. Bruno earned his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke�s Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Bruno was fellowship trained in Hand and Microvascular Surgery and was the Robert E. Carroll Hand Fellow at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, NY. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the New England Hand Society, and the New England Orthopedic Society. Dr. Bruno has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He has numerous publications in the field of hand and upper extremity trauma, reconstruction, and congenital deformities.
