Steven Paul, MD, PhD
Dr. Paul received his BA from Queen's College of the City University of New York and MD and his PhD from the State University of New York, cum laude. He completed his internship and residency and doctoral fellowship in hematology and oncology at Yale University, and post doctoral hematology oncology at the University of Utah.
He is a member of Sigma Xi and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. He received the Brooklyn Society of Internal Medicine Award, and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He has been an instructor at the Department of Anatomy, Downstate Medical Center, a lecturer in the Physicians Associate Program and preceptor for Yale University, clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and now an adjunct clinical professor at the University of New England.
His hospital affiliations include Portsmouth and Wentworth-Douglass Hospitals. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society, and a review physician and advisor to New Hampshire Foundation of Medical Care. He has received a certificate of Merit from the American Cancer Society and several Patient Appreciation Awards.
He practices internal medicine at the Jackson-Gray Medical Building, Portsmouth, New Hampshire and hematology oncology at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire.
