Peer support and encouragement have proven to be very beneficial to the health and well-being of cancer patients. Portsmouth Regional Hospital offers several support groups for patients and their families. For a complete schedule, please check our complete calendar of classes and events. New members are always encouraged to join us for unique healing strategies that include creativity, deep relaxation, guided imagery and education.
