This is part of our mission in offering the most advanced services available. These trials are open to those who qualify. Our research nurse coordinators will work with your physicians to discuss trials with you and your family. ML28257 – An Observational Cohort Study of Treatment Patterns and Outcomes in Patients with HER2 Positive (HER2+) Metastatic Breast Cancer

To describe temporal trends in treatment patterns as well as sequencing of treatments and clinical outcomes in patients with HER2+ MBC; to examine the comparative effectiveness and safety of various HER2- targeted treatment regimens, or their combinations, in patients with HER2+ MBC.

Colorectal GI 134 – A Phase II Study of FOLFOXIRI Plus Panitumumab Followed by Evaluation for Resection, in Patients with Metastatic KRAS Wild-Type Colorectal Cancer with Liver Metastases Only To determine the overall response rate of the combination of FOLFOXIRI plus panitumumab.
Colorectal GI 154 – A Phase II Trial of Single Agent Axitinib as Maintenance Therapy for Patients with First Line Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC) To assess survival rates of patients with first-line mCRC treated with maintenance axitinib after initial treatment with FOLFOX plus bevacizumab.

CA180330 – Studying Interventions for Managing Patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia In ChronIc Phase:  The 5-Year Prospective Cohort Study (SIMPLICITY) 

To compare overall survival of ramucirumab DP in combination with docetaxel vs. docetaxel with placebo.

Lung - Non-Small Cell I4T-MC-JVBA – A Randomized, Double-Blind, Phase 3 Study of Docetaxel and Ramucirumab versus Docetaxel and Placebo in the Treatment of Stage IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Following Disease Progression after One Prior Platinum-Based Therapy To better understand the use of dasatinib and other TKIs in first-line CML in real-world setting; to evaluate patient benefit components of CML treatment; to determine healthcare resources used in CML management.
Lung- Non-Small Cell LUN 183 – A Phase II Trial of Carboplatin, Pemetrexed, and Panitumumab in Patients with Advanced Non-Squamous K-ras Wild Type Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer To examine the role of panitumumab in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed in patients with advanced non-squamous wild type K-ras NSCLC.
Lymphoma LYM 75 – Phase II Study of Bendamustine and Ofatumumab in Elderly Patients with Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Who are Poor Candidates for R-CHOP Chemotherapy To evaluate the complete response rate in patients with newly diagnosed Stage III-IV DLBCL considered poor candidates for R-CHOP therapy treated with the combination of ofatumumab and bendamustine.
Multiple Myeloma C16010 – A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Multicenter Study Comparing Oral MLN9708 plus Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone versus Placebo plus Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone in Adult Patients with Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma To determine if the addition of oral MLN9708 to lenalidomide and dexamethasone improves progression-free and overall survival in patients with RRMM.
Polycythemia Vera CINC424B2301 – Randomized, Open Label, Multicenter Phase III Study of Efficacy and Safety in Polycythemia Vera Subjects Who Are Resistant to or Intolerant of Hydroxyurea: JAK Inhibitor INC424 Tablets Versus Best Available Care (The RESPONSE Trial) To compare the efficacy of INC424 to Best Available Therapy as assessed by both the absence of phlebotomy eligibility and reduction in spleen volume.
