Registration and Cost Information for Community Exercise, Wellness and Fitness Classes
All classes that are listed as “open” are available for you to attend in any order.You do not have to attend the same class when you purchase a card of 10 sessions.For example, you could attend Tai Chi on Monday, Yoga on Tuesday and Pilates Ball Class on Fridays.
Click here to download the waiver of liability form and registration/medical history form.Fill these forms out and bring them to your first class along with a check or cash (costs for classes are listed below).You will be required to sign in for each class so we can monitor your card usage.
Payment can be made with cash or check:
- $60 for 10 classes – the 11th class is free!
Once you are registered, we will call or email you when you complete your 10 classes.We will track your class attendance electronically and let you know when you are finished with the class card — you then will have one class free and if you wish to continue. If you would like to renew, return our phone call or email and bring cash or a check to your next class.Receipts for cash and checks will be mailed to you once the payment has been received.
For information about cancellations due to weather, please call 929-7571 the day of class only or email pamela.torres@hcahealthcare.com.
