Virtual weight loss information sessions scheduled for Rochester and Portsmouth
Rochester, NH – Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Portsmouth Regional Hospital are pleased to announce surgical weight loss services are now offered in both Rochester and Portsmouth locations. With the opening of Frisbie’s new Bariatric Clinic, and through Portsmouth Regional Hospital’s New Hampshire Medical & Surgical Weight Loss Center, patients in Greater Rochester now have access to services including nutrition, social work, physical therapy, and meetings with the bariatric surgeon.
The team of specialists will guide patients through the process of choosing which surgery is most appropriate based on their individualized needs, as well as helping patients prepare for their procedure and providing their follow-up care. Pre- and post-operative care will be offered at both Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Portsmouth Regional Hospital locations. The bariatric surgery will be performed at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
