Signs of Heart Attack in Women
As with men, the most common heart attack symptom in women is chest pain or discomfort. But women are somewhat more likely than men to experience other common symptoms, especially shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting and back or jaw pain.
Women are less likely than men to believe they're having a heart attack and more likely to delay seeking emergency treatment.
